Heads of Agreement Sent
Once you're ready to proceed, we'll send you a Heads of Agreement - a straightforward document that outlines the key lease terms before you sign anything. This process usually involves a it of back and fourth.

Lease Reviewed and Signed
Once you've reviewed and agreed to the lease terms, all that's left is your signature.

Planning & Design
You're in control of your fit-out. You can work with our experienced Project Team or a builder of your choice. Final plans are approved by Territory Property Group before work begins.

Construction Phase
Trades move in and fit-out construction gets underway.

Opening time
Final details are sorted and it is time to begin trading.
